We process data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. and other applicable Czech laws.

Through forms and direct enquiries, we may receive your first and last name, telephone number including country code, selected service, description of the vehicle issue and e-mail address.

Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, visit date and time may be processed for operation and security. We do not request special-category data or payment-card details.

We use data to handle enquiries and bookings, provide services and warranties, meet accounting and tax duties, and protect legitimate interests. The legal bases are contractual necessity, legal obligation and legitimate interest under Articles 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.

Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 12 months; repair and warranty records for the warranty and limitation period, normally up to 3 years; accounting documents for up to 10 years as required by Czech law. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell data or disclose it for third-party marketing. Access may be given to authorised staff, contracted hosting and communication providers, and public authorities where required by law.

Data is not transferred outside the European Union unless safeguards required by the GDPR are in place.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and ask not to be subject to solely automated decisions. We do not use profiling.
